Getting started

What is HomePassport?

A digital retrofit passport platform. Residents see a property passport with EPC-oriented context and measures, energy tools where enabled, care workflows for maintenance and damp, optional health journaling, and account utilities such as tariff browsing and passport transfer.

How do I log in?

Use the Open app or Login links on this site — they take you to the HomePassport web app on app.homepassport.net. Your provider may also send an invite link.

I do not have a property code

Request access from your housing provider. They issue property and provider codes or invite links that attach your account to the correct passport.

Features & hardware

Do I need sensors?

No. Sensors and live charts are optional and depend on your provider’s plan. Passport, maintenance, defects, and damp reporting can operate without hardware.

What do sensors measure?

Where provisioned, environmental sensors support temperature and humidity oriented readings for room-level context, with gateway connectivity managed by your provider.

What is passport transfer?

A workflow in the app that lets you move structured passport context when you change home, subject to provider policy and your account permissions.

Plans & organisations

Who pays for HomePassport?

Housing providers and programmes subscribe on behalf of residents. Resident-facing pricing is not shown on this marketing site — see your provider for access.

What changes between Free, Pro, and Enterprise?

At a high level: sensors and energy analytics unlock on higher tiers, CSV export and health tracking follow plan configuration, and Enterprise adds audit logs and integrations. Exact values are configured per deployment.

Is health data the same as sensor data?
